Bentley’s High-Performance Hybrid Setup Will Be More Powerful Than The W12

Bentley has confirmed that more details about the W12 engine’s replacement, a hybrid setup, will be disclosed in the coming months. Before that happens, though, Bentley global chief communications officer Wayne Bruce has shed exciting information about the electrified powertrain, confirming that it will be more powerful than the outgoing 12-pot mill.
“We have a new high-performance hybrid drivetrain coming in the not-too-distant future,” Bruce said, speaking to Australia’s carsales. “The high performance that’s coming will have more combined power than the W12, but we’ll tell you more about that in the coming months.”
