One of the most fun hot hatchbacks you can buy is the Toyota GR Corolla. This AWD four-door hatch is a blast to throw around corners, and fits every metric of a hot hatch. The GR Corolla starts at $38,860. A 1.6-liter turbocharged three-cylinder that makes 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque turns all four wheels for a 4.9-second 0-60 mph time and a top speed of 143 mph. There is a rear bench seat for three occupants, but those in the back might feel cramped with just 37.6 inches of headroom and 29.9 inches of legroom. The GR Corolla’s cargo space maxes out at a mere 17.8 cubic feet with the back seats up.
