There are some higher-end trims, like the “Dark Armor” pictured above, or you can find more rugged utilitarian styling in the Rock Creek variant. The exterior dimensions are as follows: 183 inches long, 66.5 inches tall, and 72.4 inches wide. Despite being slightly smaller than the Edge, the Nissan Rogue has marginally more ground clearance at 8.2 inches, but it gets a shorter wheelbase of 106.5 inches.

Not charted below are the models’ towing capacities; the Rogue tops out at 1,500 pounds across all trims, while the Edge can pull up to 3,500 pounds when properly equipped with either engine. These specs might make your decision a little easier if you think your lifestyle needs more or less power, and better or worse fuel economy. That is, until you see how much more expensive the Ford Edge is at the end of this comparison.

As far as the interior specs go, the Ford Edge has five seats, and those in the rear fit into 40.3 inches of headroom, 40.6 inches of legroom, and 60.5 inches of shoulder room. Comparing the prices of the Ford Edge and Nissan Rogue might not feel entirely right when you consider one is still for sale and the other might only be available as a used car today. We’ll press on, though. The Nissan Rogue’s 2026 model year still isn’t ridiculously expensive, since it’s a smaller SUV without too many frills or luxuries. The base model S trim starts at $28,790 with front-wheel-drive, but can be upgraded to all-wheel drive for $30,190. Currently, there are two nicer trims to consider: the Rock Creek, an off-road-oriented variant, and the top-of-the-line Premium trim. These start at $33,690 and 38,990, respectively.

The Ford Edge is a little trickier, but here are the trims and base MSRPs from when it was new. You could pick up a new Edge SE for $38,465; the SEL started at $39,665, the ST-Line was $43,720, the Titanium started at $43,820, and the ST topped the lineup at $47,205.
