The World’s First Twin-Turbo Lamborghini Revuelto Is Almost Here
Underground Racing, famous for amplifying Lamborghinis and Audis to astronomical levels of power, has set its sights on another Raging Bull. This time, the American tuning firm announced that it’s working on Lamborghini’s latest flagship V12 supercar, the Revuelto. The target? 2,000 horsepower, all thanks to the company’s very own twin-turbo system.
According to its social media posts, the North Carolina tuning company will be using billet wheel Precision turbochargers to achieve its goal. 2,000 hp will be twice the Revuelto’s stock 1,001-hp output while surpassing the mighty Bugatti Tourbillon’s 1,775 hp with its brand-new V16 engine.
UR’s Continuous Development
UR’s work on the Revuelto isn’t as simple as slapping two turbos on the plug-in hybrid powertrain. Unlike its 2,000-hp twin-turbo Aventador SVJ build, which needed the UR’s rare-spec clutch system, the twin-turbo Revuelto will achieve its incredible power figure with a fully built engine and upgraded transmission. The engine management system will be replaced, as well, with UR’s proprietary JRR MoTeC M1 ECU.

What you see in these images is an early mock-up to ensure that everything can fit, but there’s still work to be done in tuning the ECU and troubleshooting weak areas. As usual, Underground Racing will develop various states of tune so that those who don’t want the full beans can still get boost.
The First Of Its Kind
This isn’t the first tuned Lamborghini Revuelto, though. German aftermarket tuner DMC beat everyone to the punch a few months ago with a Stage 1 Carbon Package, though this one was just a mere bump to 1,100 hp.

UR has promised more videos of its Revuelto build, likely showcasing actual on-road performance numbers. In the future, we suspect the company will take to the drag strip and aim for some records. The tuner’s record-breaking twin-turbo Huracán builds put the company on the map, and with plenty of other Lamborghini tuners out there, the best way to compete is at the track.
